Montesi Scholarship

For the 2024-2025 academic year. To support the retention of creative writing students who are in need. The scholarship is open to English majors with an emphasis in Creative Writing, as well as Creative Writing minors, with priority given to underrepresented and first-generation college students.

The scholarship honors Albert J. Montesi, a beloved faculty member of the English department at Saint Louis University for thirty-four years. He fostered creativity among his students, and his legacy continues through this scholarship.
