Norma D. Bracken Memorial Fund

To provide financial assistance to a student enrolled in the College of Public Service, an active member of the Black Student Alliance, born and raised in the St. Louis City area. Selection will be made by the Dean of the College of Public Service. Selection will also be based on community service involvement and financial need.

If there is not a student in College of Public Service then can be other major, but all other criteria must be met.
